how to figure out a percentage

OK, I am a not a math person, but sometimes, math is good. Ok, usually math is good, but sometimes, I NEED math.

My cellphone bill is a perfect example. I needed to figure out percentages to calculate who owes what on our family share plan and I stared at my calculator in confusion for a few minutes before I realized that I have GOOGLE on my team.

Google took me straight to this very easy and useful page that is my friend. It's a percentage calculator and I found the answer to my question in about 6 seconds flat. It's going right in my Favorites folder called USEFUL.
